Shipping Details
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hamilton, New Zealand. We strive to dispatch all orders within 2 business days, unless we notify you otherwise.
COVID-19 Order Processing Time
Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, shipping may take up to five (5) extra business days. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we’re processing orders within our usual timeframe. You’ll receive a tracking link for your package as soon as it’s dispatched.
Orders Shipping Within New Zealand
We use reliable shipping options, including NZ Post & Courier Post, for all New Zealand orders. Shipping costs are based on weight and address. Expect delivery within 5 business days.
